Katie Huffling, RN, MS, CNM is a certified nurse-midwife and is the executive director of the Alliance of Nurses for Healthy Environments. In her role with the Alliance, Ms. Huffling works with nurses and national nursing organizations on a variety of environmental health issues including climate change, chemical policy, expansion of environmental health throughout nursing education, and sustainable healthcare. This Roundtable led to the formation of the Nursing Collaborative on Climate Change and Health, which is elevating the nursing voice on climate change.
