World Wide Director, Sustainability, Johnson & Johnson
As the Worldwide Director of Sustainability focused on medical devices, Sarah translates the value of Johnson & Johnson’s extensive product stewardship and environmental successes to the company’s customers and consumers. Sarah began her career with Johnson & Johnson in data analytics. She continued to move through the Consumer Customer Development sector developing skills in customer relationship management, cross-functional strategy development, retail execution excellence, and talent development. Sarah has been responsible for building and developing powerful, strategic customer relationships through various health and wellness initiatives while continuing to drive partnerships with payor and provider groups. She continues to garner Johnson & Johnson enterprise assets and initiatives to unlock further value for the company, reduce customers’ operational costs, and drive improved patient care. Sarah holds a B.A. in Economics and International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania as well as a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania.
