Kristen Mathieson, MBA, RD, CDN is a project lead for clinical nutrition at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY. She completed a bachelor’s of science degree in Dietetics at the University of Connecticut in 2011 and then went on to receive an MBA from Montclair State University in 2013. In her free time, Kristen enjoys yoga, learning about plant-based cuisine, and traveling the globe.
