Well-Being Specialist, Mayo Clinic
Nicole Block is a Well-Being Specialist at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center where she currently co-leads Mayo Clinic’s Well-Being Champion program. She promotes wellness beyond the walls of the Healthy Living Center, working with numerous committees within Mayo Clinic to focus on health promotion and employee well-being in the workplace. She was an expert for the 2017 12 Habits of Highly Healthy People campaign; Habit 6: Try Something New. Nicole has spoken at several national conferences, and is currently an instructor for Mayo Clinic’s Employee Learning and Development where she specializes in Practicing Gratitude as well as Stress Management and Resilience Training.
Nicole holds a Bachelor’s degree from Bemidji State University in Community Health with an emphasis as a Coaching Specialist.
