Registration policies

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email to info@practicegreenhealth.org and must be dated on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on April 8, 2019 to receive a refund less a $150 USD registration cancellation processing fee. After April 8, 2019 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time no refunds will be granted. After April 8, 2019 cancellation requests will be considered for up to 10 days post meeting. No refunds will be granted for no-shows. Cancellation of student and guest registration are subject to a $50 cancellation processing fee each. Pre-meeting workshops and optional ticketed sessions purchased are subject to a $25 USD (each) cancellation processing fee. 

Substitution Policy

Replacement of a registered attendee by a business colleague/coworker will be accepted. A $50 USD processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing by 5:00 p.m. Central Time April 8, 2019. After April 8, 2019, no substitutions will be allowed, all substitution requests will be treated as full cancellations of the original registration and subject to the reduced processing fee of $50. Original registrants’ registration will be refunded minus the processing fee and the new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete registration and housing. The new registrant must be named in the written notification and register before the original registrant is refunded. If the original registrant was registered as a Practice Greenhealth member, the new registrant must also be a member to receive member pricing.
