Arbor Day Foundation president
During his 15 years with the Arbor Day Foundation, Lambe led the development of innovative programs that expanded the organization’s global reach. He heads a group of corporate leaders who are dedicated to helping the foundation meet its Time for Trees initiative: to plant 100 million trees and inspire 5 million tree planters by 2022. Lambe is on the steering committee for the Sustainable Urban Forests Coalition, serves as a board member for the Sustainable Forestry Initiative, and is the recipient of the Chief’s Honor Award, U.S. Forest Service’s highest award.
