Grand Hall Light Show
Experience the color and wonder of a stunning 3D light show. Watch as flowers sway, fireworks burst, and other images dance around the 65-foot ceiling of the Grand Hall lobby. Shows run at the top of the hour from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM daily, and you’ll receive a special preview as our opening reception takes place in the Grand Hall on Tuesday evening from 5:00 to 6:30 PM.
Underwater adventures & marine wonders
Families can explore the St. Louis Aquarium at Union Station — featuring sharks, stingrays, colorful fish, and more. It’s an immersive, sensory-rich experience that delights children and inspires curiosity in older kids and adults alike.

Ride the St. Louis Wheel — a 200-foot observation wheel with climate-controlled gondolas offering breathtaking views of the city. Perfect for a family photo-op or a sunset ride after conference events.

Busch Stadium/St. Louis Cardinals
If you’re a baseball fan, Busch Stadium, the home the the MLB St. Louis Cardinals, is a short walk from the hotel. While there are no home games during CleanMed 2026, there are two games vs. their in-state rivals, the Kansas City Royals on Friday, May 15, 2026, at 7:15 PM, and an afternoon game on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 1:15 PM. MLS Soccer: St. Louis City SC
St. Louis is home to the St. Louis City SC, and Energizer Park is located on the opposite corner from Union Station. There is one home game during CleanMed 2026, on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 7:30 PM. For more information on tickets, check out the official ticket website.
Gateway Arch National Park
The iconic Gateway Arch National Park is also a short walk from Union Station and is a must-see, whether planted securely on the ground or for those who are okay with heights, riding up to the observation deck at the top.
City Museum
Another extremely unique attraction, billed as an “architectural playground”, is just a few blocks from the hotel. City Museum is an ever-evolving, always-thrilling, artist-built playground with installations you can climb up, slide down, crawl under, jump over, swing across, walk into, and spin around.
