Cancellations & refunds
All cancellation requests should be emailed to registration@cleanmed.org by April 26, 2027 with the subject line ‘CANCELLATION’. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date.
Refunds will be processed on a rolling basis and may be deferred until the event. If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, substitutions are welcome at no additional cost. If you have questions, please contact registration@cleanmed.org.
