Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations for CleanMed registrations will be accepted through April 14, 2026 and are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee + transaction fees, which covers the non-refundable processing fees we incur when taking the registrants and payments. No refunds will be made for cancellations after this date. Requests should be sent by email to registration@cleanmed.org, subject line ‘CANCELLATION’ by April 14, 2026.
Refunds will be processed on a rolling basis and may be deferred until the event. If you are unable to attend and would like to send someone in your place, substitutions are welcome at no additional cost. If you have questions, please contact registration@cleanmed.org.
